Boogle like to startle people and Pokémon by sitting very still and then jumping up when someone approaches, causing the Boogle's head to bounce erratically on its springy neck. Their giggles sound like tinkling music.


Every time a Boogle's head bobbles its springy neck generates electricity and stores it in its body. Groups of Boogle like to set off wild showers of sparks by bouncing their heads all at once.
