Ukuunki are friendly, social Pokémon that like to share found food and trinkets with their herds. They are also happy to allow other Pokémon to travel with them at night, sharing the light from their flames.
When an Ukuunki wanders off, the other members of its herd call out to it with their trunks. This produces a bright flame as well as sound, making it much easier for the lost Pokémon to find its way back to its family.
