Pokédex Entries
Tunnowl listen carefully for the sounds of prey moving about underground, then quickly dig after them. Their big claws can move a lot of earth out of the way, but too much heavy lifting tires the Tunnowl out and allows the prey to escape.
Tunnowl's sharp senses make it easy to detect food at any time of day. These Pokémon are still not very good at hunting stealthily, however, and tend to make a lot of noise or trip over their claws while tracking something.
Additional Info
Tunnowl, Gryphault and Seismogryph were originally created as entries for a pseudo-legendary contest on the Omnis Region community fakedex. Their Omnis names are Grifflet, Griffraff and Seismogriff. Much of their other data (stats, moveset, etc.) is different as well.
While the Tunnowl line you see here is available for use under the same Creative Commons license as most of my other fakemon, Omnis’s Grifflet line is not. I do not have permission to let you do anything with that version of the line, and if you specifically wish to use “Grifflet” and its associated evolutions and information, rather than “Tunnowl”, you must get permission from the Omnis Region mods and community. Do not use those versions without such permission. (If you just want to create fanart of the Grifflet line, however, Omnis is more than happy to accept that without asking first!)
