Grotuille prefer to observe their chosen territory from a great height, often from a cliff or hilltop or the roof of an old building. This makes it easier for them to spot intruders and chase them away by drenching them with water.


Both a Grotuille's mouth and its tail are connected to the same reservoir, so they can both take in and spit out water from either end. Unwary opponents often get distracted by watching their heads only to be surprised by a dousing from the tail.
