Boomrslang move smoothly through the trees in search of prey or a nice spot to rest. When they want to move to a different tree, they launch themselves at it in the shape of a boomerang, then relax and slither away.
Boomrslang's steely scales allow it to stiffen into almost any shape it can make, not just a boomerang. They are nearly indestructible when they coil up tight, though it's hard to make proper shapes right after a large meal.
