The film that covers a Currarog's body and keeps it moist is highly toxic. Their claws and sharp nose-tip secrete an even more potent poison. They use electricity stored in their legs to power their energetic leaps.
Currarog fend off their enemies by leaping at them face-first and driving their sharp nose-tip into the opponent's body, then flooding it with electricity and venom. The potent combination is usually enough to cause the enemy to flee, although sometimes it runs away with the Currarog still stuck to it.
Name Origin
curare, a poisonous plant often used to tip poison darts + poison arrow frog
