Arctangel are capable battlers but horribly spoiled, preferring to sit back and charm others into doing what they want. They are vain, fickle and hard to please, but many coordinators rush to satisfy their every whim so they perform well in contests.
Most Pokémon can't bring themselves to harm these adorable creatures, and Arctangel take advantage of this for as long as they can. If things go wrong they freeze their enemies with icy attacks and flee at high speed.
