A two-turn attack. The user builds up excess electricity, then strikes on the second turn. This also paralyzes the target.
Move Description
The user builds up an excess of static electricity in its body, then strikes out at the opponent with a limb or tail on the next turn. The discharge of pent-up electricity is guaranteed to make the opponent's body seize up. If the user's body already has an excessive charge it will have enough electricity to attack right away.
Effect
User charges for one turn before attacking. If the user's ability is Static, the charge turn is skipped and the user attacks immediately.
