Effect
Raises the user's Special Defense by one stage. The next time the user uses a damaging Electric-type move, its power will be doubled. Multiple uses do not stack. If the user attempts to use a damaging Electric move but that attempt fails (e.g., flinching, being asleep, etc.), the power-doubling effect is still used up.
