Pokédex Entries

A Kraitra's three heads work in tandem to catch several fish at once. They seem to prefer warm, shallow waters but will readily chase prey into deeper water, and can sometimes be spotted in the thick of dangerous storms.

Kraitra live in the seas but still need to breathe air and drink fresh water, so they venture onto land fairly often when they aren't hunting. It is said they also keep secret nests in caves somewhere, but no one has ever seen any.

Name Origin

sea krait + Vritra, a Hindu snake demon with three heads
