The user attacks the target with unpleasant sound waves. For two turns, the target is prevented from recovering HP through moves, Abilities, or held items.
Effect
For the next two turns, the target may not use any moves that only restore HP, and move, ability, and held item effects that heal the target are disabled. Any non-healing effects of those moves, abilities or held items still apply; for example, Drain Punch will still deal damage, and Dry Skin will still cause the target to be immune to Water-type moves and take increased damage from Fire-type moves. If the target has Regenerator and is switched out, it will still be healed normally.
