The user blocks the target’s way with arms spread wide to prevent escape.
Effect
The target cannot switch out normally unless it is a Ghost -type. Ignores accuracy and evasion modifiers. This effect ends when the user leaves the field.
The target may still escape by using Baton Pass , Flip Turn , Parting Shot , U-turn , Volt Switch , or a Shed Shell, and it may be forced out by Circle Throw , Dragon Tail , Magnet Switch , Roar , or Whirlwind .
The user will pass on this effect with Baton Pass , but the target will not.
