Many an Accolantian trainer's journey begins in Pastel City, where the prestigious Pastel Pokémon Academy teaches students and where Professor Marissa Oleaster distributes starters and studies Pokémon battling instinct and behavior. Pastel is also famous for being the home of the Rigby clan, a family full of powerful and well-respected trainers who have swept League challenges, and even held official positions, for several generations.
