Effect

This Pokémon's moves ignore Aurora Veil, Dust Guard, Light Screen, Mist, Rainbow Wall, Reflect, and Safeguard. They also ignore Substitute, leaving the target's Substitute unharmed and affecting the real Pokémon behind it.

Out-of-Battle Effect

The wild encounter rate is halved while this Pokémon is first in the party.
