Bounces back only the stat-lowering effects that the Pokémon receives.
Effect
When this Pokémon is targeted by a stat-lowering move or ability, the effect is redirected to its user. Such effects are only reflected once (i.e., if this Pokémon and its ally are both targeted by Intimidate, the Pokémon with Intimidate only has its Attack lowered once, and this Pokémon's ally still has its Attack lowered).
If this Pokémon is targeted by Sticky Web, the entire Sticky Web effect is redirected to its user's side.
