Has recharge turn

After using these moves, the user is forced to spend its next turn doing nothing unless Power Garden is in effect (in which case it can take its next turn normally). Recharging Pokémon cannot attack or be switched out of battle, and their trainer cannot use their turn to use an item or flee.
