The metal in Dasfix's body is heavy but soft and malleable, allowing it to flatten itself or squeeze into surprisingly tight places. You won't know it's there until it is already falling onto your head.

Dasfix wait in the darkest caves, waiting for small Pokémon or even young children to pass beneath them. They cannot eat larger creatures but will defend themselves by stinging and by spitting liquid metal.
