An attack move that causes flinching if used on a target trying to take its turn too early.
The user rushes forward and swipes at the opponent's feet, causing it to trip and fall. If the target is trying to move too early in the turn the user cuts in and trips it hard, startling it out of attacking at all.
If the target uses a move with positive priority (+1 or greater), this move's priority changes to the priority bracket above the target's move and will make the target flinch (e.g., if the target uses Quick Attack, Trip Up's priority changes to +2; if the target uses Pursuit on an ally that is switching out, Trip Up's priority changes to +8). Otherwise, this move's priority stays at 0 and it has no additional effect.
