Flavor Text

The user mimics the move used immediately before it. The move fails if no other move has been used yet.

Effect

Uses the last move that was used successfully by any Pokémon, including the user. The user is able to use a move that has been Disabled if that move is called by Copycat.

This move cannot copy itself, and will fail if the last move the opponent used was Copycat or Mirror Move (if it failed to copy anything—otherwise Copycat will copy the last move Copycat/Mirror Move successfully used), if the target switches out during the round that Copycat is used, or if no moves have been used so far in this battle.

This move cannot be copied by Mirror Move, nor selected by Assist, Metronome, or Sleep Talk.
